The Telesis House is an iconic midcentury modern landmark property in Napa Valley and is now available as an outdoor special event and wedding venue. 
Design your own modernist inspired celebration for up to 125 guests in the open air. 

We Provide

Exclusive use of the interior courtyard, lawn and fenced area between the hours of 12pm and 8pm.  No access to the interior of the house or the swimming pool.

Space for 125 guests standing or 100 guests sitting.

Onsite parking for a maximum of two vehicles and limited street parking.

Load In/Out + Staging
There is a loading zone directly at the rear of the property with easy double door access.  The Telesis House features ample outdoor set-up areas for your caterer, rental restrooms (furnished by you) and any other event providers you may engage.

Limited outdoor furniture and tables.

There is limited ambient outdoor lighting and utility access at various sites throughout the property.

Site Manager + Event Coordinator
On the day of your event, we will assist with your reservation, make any necessary changes, advise on the layout design and help with checking in of vendors you have engaged.  Prior to your event we will coordinate a date and timeframe for you and your contracted vendors to visit the property.

Limited wi-fi is available.

The property is on street level and is wheelchair accessible.

You Provide

You may hire the caterer of your choice from our extensive list of recommendations. There are no kitchen facilities available at the Telesis House, so please make sure your caterer is aware of this and plans accordingly. 

You may serve any alcoholic beverage of your choice during events.  A licensed server is required and can usually be arranged through your caterer or one of our recommended beverage-only caterers.

Set Up + Clean Up Crew
Please allow an hour for set up and break down. This includes the removal of all trash and recycling. Events requiring extra janitorial service need to be arranged in advance and will be charged an additional fee. The premises, furniture and other items provided by us must be returned in the condition you received them.

Rental Equipment
The Telesis House does not provide rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, servingware and tableware, decor, lighting, luxury portable restrooms, A/V equipment, etc. We do however have recommended vendors.

You are responsible for providing your own entertainment, approved by the Telesis House.  We ask that there is no loud music that would interfere with noise ordinances.

The Telesis House has limited outdoor utilities, including electricity.  Know your limits as you may need to rent a generator to power any additional lighting, A/V or catering equipment you engage for your event.

Photography and videography are allowed for personal use only and may be published only with the consent of the Telesis House.
