The Telesis House is a historically significant landmark residence that has been painstakingly restored, as well as a beloved family home.
We ask that the house and grounds be treated with the utmost consideration, respect and care. The following details and guidelines will assist with event planning and help ensure that all guests enjoy their experience at the Telesis House.

12pm - 8pm (Fridays + weekends only)
Four Hour Event up to 75 guests
$2,250 (Fridays or Sundays)
$3,000 (Saturdays or holiday weekends)
Eight Hour Event up to 50 guests
$4,500 (Fridays or Sundays)
$5,500 (Saturdays or holiday weekends)
Eight Hour Event 51-125 guests
$7,000 (Fridays or Sundays)
$8,000 (Saturdays or holiday weekends)
To confirm your reservation the following must be received:
(1) a signed Terms and Conditions Agreement;
(2) a $2,500 refundable security deposit; and
(3) advance payment equalling 50% of the rental reservation fee.
60 days prior to the event date 100% of the rental reservation fee must be received.
30 days prior to the event date a $3M liability insurance certificate must be received.
The following are not allowed:
Use of the swimming pool
Access to the house interior
Leaving trash or recycling on premises
Attaching decor to exterior house walls
Glitter, confetti, rice or straw/hay bales
Refunds + Cancellations
100% of the rental fee is refundable when cancellations occur 12 months prior to the event date; 50% when cancellations occur 6 to 11 months prior to the event date; none of the rental fee is refunded when cancellations occur less than 6 months prior to the event date.
100% of the security deposit is refunded when events are cancelled.
