Access
Vendors do not have access to the interior of the house.

Catering
The Telesis House requires the use of approved caterers for all events.  No unapproved caterers may be used.  Our approved food and beverage caterers on offer a variety of menus and price ranges, as well as exceptional service.  Each caterer carries our required special events liability insurance, health permits and liquor liability insurance, making it easy for you to plan your event.

Hours
Events can be scheduled between 12pm and 8pm.  

Liability Insurance
All vendors must furnish a certificate of special events liability insurance at least 30 days prior to the event.  The Telesis House shall be listed as a certificate holder/additional insured.

Parking
Onsite parking for a maximum of two vehicles and limited street parking.  Please be sure vendors are aware when considering load in/out schedules.

Set Up + Clean Up
Please allow an hour for set up and break down.  Set up and cleanup are your event providers’ responsibility.  This also includes the removal of all trash and recycling.  Events requiring extra janitorial service need to be arranged in advance and will be charged an additional fee.  The premises, furniture and other items provided by us must be returned in the condition you received them.

Staging
There are ample outdoor areas for your caterer, rental restrooms and other event providers you may engage.  There is a loading zone directly at the rear of the property with easy double door access.  The Telesis House features ample outdoor set-up areas for any event providers you may engage.

Utilities
The Telesis House has limited outdoor utilities, including electricity.  Check with your vendors to determine if you will need a generator.
